Mike and I have a lovely lazy day. We treat ourselves to leaving the air conditioning on and manage to sleep and read on and off all day. We manage to get our act together enough to get out in the evening to meet Linda, Robin, Malcolm and Candace for the barbecue at The Elm.

As usual, George and Steve seems to have far too much fun playing. Steve especially gets carried away with their rendition of ‘Night Nurse’, my favourite. Steve is the manager of The Elm, and quite a sailor himself. George plays professionally with The Lashing Dogs, a well known group around these parts. Mike manages to capture most of their version of ‘Night Nurse’, although dancers keep getting in the way, making the camera continually refocus. Still, the sound is there.
